1. When will I receive my order?
We will make every effort to complete your order within 1 hours after you pay. But sometimes it may take a few hours for us to process your order. This could be because we haven't received your payment, or we are out of business hours.
Don't worry! Most orders are completed within 24 hours.
Your items will be sent to your email address. So please make sure you enter the correct email at checkout.
2. I did not receive an email after the order, what do I do?
Sometimes the email goes to the SPAM folder, please do check that as well. If you don’t keep SPAM emails or can’t find ours, then please message/email us along with your order number or the email you used for the order, and we’ll resend you within 24 to 48 hours.
